Service operator

Service scope
The platform provides Human Design chart calculation, saved chart/history functions, localized explanatory content, account tools and supported integrations. Human Design is presented for self-reflection, not as professional advice.
Eligibility and accounts
The service may be used by a person with full legal capacity and by a person with limited legal capacity only to the extent permitted by law and, where required, with the consent of a legal representative. Users must provide accurate account information and protect their authentication credentials.
Birth data and charts
Charts depend on supplied or selected birth date, local time and location. Incorrect, approximate or incomplete inputs can change results.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, misuse another identity, automate abusive traffic or use the service unlawfully. The operator may proportionately restrict or suspend access where necessary for security, legal compliance or protection of other users; the user retains the right to submit a complaint.
Content and intellectual property
Rights in the software and service content belong to the operator or the relevant licensors. Users retain rights in data and content they provide to the extent provided by law. These Terms do not transfer rights that a party does not own or control.
Paid features
FREE NOW / PAID-READY LATER: all currently available features are provided without a payment obligation; checkout, subscriptions and payments remain disabled until a separate operator decision and an update to the applicable terms.
Changes, suspension and availability
The operator may perform maintenance, change or retire features, particularly for security, legal or technical reasons. Material changes affecting use of the service are communicated within a reasonable period unless law or an urgent security situation requires immediate action.
Liability
The operator's liability is governed by mandatory law. These Terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights. Human Design content is for self-reflection and the operator does not guarantee any particular life, health, financial or employment outcome from an interpretation.
Governing law and disputes
Polish law applies while preserving mandatory consumer protection under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence where applicable. Complaints may be sent to biuro@bomega.pl. Consumers may use courts and applicable ADR procedures, including consumer ombudsmen and the Trade Inspection. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued in 2025 and is not presented as a complaint channel.
Changes and effective date
The current version and effective date of these Terms are published in the service. Material changes are communicated before taking effect where required by law or by the nature of the change; changes do not remove acquired rights or mandatory consumer protection.
