Accessibility Statement

Provider and legal scope

The xHumanDesign service provider is BOMEGA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, 2B Długa Street, 56-416 Twardogóra, Poland. This statement does not rely on an assumed exemption from the Polish Accessibility Act and is not a statutory compliance certificate; statutory requirements are applied to the extent they apply to the operator and service.

Engineering target

The roadmap targets WCAG 2.2 AA for Web. This is an engineering target, not a current conformance or legal-compliance claim.

Assessment status

Accessibility is checked as part of QA covering automated accessibility tests, keyboard and focus behavior, responsive layouts, zoom/reflow and BodyGraph text equivalents. These results are used to improve the service and are not presented as third-party certification.

Current accessibility work

The Web foundation includes semantic forms/headings, keyboard focus states, accessible status/error patterns, BodyGraph text equivalents, responsive layouts and externalized EN/PL copy. These facts do not replace formal audit.

Known limitations

The service does not claim that every accessibility barrier has been eliminated. It is designed with keyboard/focus support, responsive behavior and BodyGraph text equivalents; issues with a specific assistive technology can be reported to biuro@bomega.pl.

Supported technologies

The service is designed for current Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on desktop and mobile, with keyboard navigation, visible focus, zoom/reflow and semantic HTML/ARIA for assistive technologies.

Accessibility or service feedback may be sent to biuro@bomega.pl. Consumer complaints may also be addressed to the competent consumer ombudsman or Trade Inspection under applicable law.

Review and effective date

This statement is updated after material service changes or new accessibility findings. It is effective from 29 September 2026.
